Every organization is composed of respective portfolios to accomplish by
distinct employees in an organization. There are both micro and macro
level management strategies towards cubing the myriad project failures
within the national and global markets. The essay is based on factors
that could lead to company failure and the corresponding five pillars of
successful company initiatives.
Variances- Lack of technological advancement would stall the perceived
changes interfering with project outcomes within an organization
(Abrahamson, 2004).
Exceptions – The overwhelming responsibilities would not be achieved
without a stealthy movement, the organization should enhance and embrace
peace within the country in order to accomplish its objectives
(Abrahamson, 2004).
Poor planning -The poor organizational planning is a hindrance to
success, the organization should struggle to accomplish a workable
planning schedule (Abrahamson, 2004).
Delays- Untimely projects work is detrimental to the customers and the
entire organization within the global community (Abrahamson, 2004).
Scope- Creep- Poor organizational range which is not in line with the
company objective is unfavorable in achieving successful remedies within
an organization. Hence it is adept to reiterate that Creed plays a great
role in accomplishing the organizational goals. Through inappropriate
leadership, any organization would not achieve positive organizational
change, for instance, the management, production, distribution, human
resources and financial levels among other levels within organization
(Abrahamson, 2004).

Process Management
A proper process management is among the essentials of enhancing
organizational success. However, the competitive advantage of a company
is a key factor that promotes performance and survival of the company, a
company should consider the respective strategies used so far in order
to depict a spectacular strategy that would enhance achievement of the
organizational goals within a stipulated time frame (Abrahamson, 2004).
Project Management
Through appropriate project management strategies, the organization’s
management would achieve major improvements in the processes within the
originations and projects respectively. Project management creates
distinct differences within the organizations for competitive advantage
(Abrahamson, 2004).
Change Management
In any organizations, there are myriad changes that are expected in
order for the companies to enhance and maximize their production output.
However, the most important aspect of enhancing organizational
development is the change management. Change management assists in
adopting processes that would increase chances of success within the
organization (Abrahamson, 2004).
Knowledge Management
What is Knowledge? This is the ability to understand organizational
requirements and to accomplish the appropriate needs so that the
organizational objectives would be achieved. The organizational
knowledge is an important aspect of a business, it provides relevant
knowhow that gives an organizational competitive advantage over other
organization that work towards the same market and consumer demands.
However, through knowledge management, the organization would be able to
reverse, transfer and engineer the available technology to the global
scope within the shortest time possible (Abrahamson, 2004).
Resource Management
The business management is mandated to enhance proper resource and
assets management so that the organization would drive in the respective
business results this is an essential contributing factor to the
organizational success (Abrahamson, 2004).

In analyzing the managerial functions and what causes failure in the
organization, considering the state of Alcatel- Lucent Company which
failed to deliver to the expectations of its customers within the global
context (Abrahamson, 2004). However, through poor management and
organization strategies, the company failed to comply with the market
demands. The various processes involved in the company management could
not be achieved without a focused, target oriented personnel with
ability to effectively and efficiently manage various projects
(Abrahamson, 2004). Technological changes require a knowledgeable team
to enhance resource allocation and utilization in accordance with the
company objectives within a given time frame. Nonetheless, the company
management had to further strategize on an accomplishable process
through which the company could be managed. The adept processes that the
company considered after realizing the failure has rejuvenated the
company performance in the competitive telecommunication field
(Abrahamson, 2004).
Conclusion
Organization and the management teams should not be resistance to
change, their inevitability and over time should be ranked very low in
order for the company to be able to achieve its maximum. However,
advanced technology requires the knowhow in order for the company to
exhibit reputable success through the five pillars within the stipulated
production time frame.
