Council for the Advancement of Muslim Professionals (CAMP), Philadelphia chapter, is a non-profit professional networking association for educated, young Muslims from diverse backgrounds and professions.
 

The CAMP network, founded in 1994, caters tens of thousands of people across the world. CAMP has chapters in the following areas:

Since its inception in 2004, the Philadelphia chapter has hosted professional development workshops, fundraisers for South Asian Earthquake victims, CAIR Philadelphia Hunger Walk, social and recreational events such as networking dinners, bowling nights and more. CAMP Philadelphia has acquired a loyal membership base that continues to grow with each passing event.

The upcoming annual dinner on August 5th 2006, is CAMP Philadelphia’s largest, best-attended, event of the year. CAMP Philadelphia hopes to welcome many new members, old members, members from the other chapters, and provide an opportunity to network socially and professionally.

The sponsorship package options are as follows:

 

 Bronze Program    

  • Logo on the program outline (up to 2.5” x 4”) on the day of our annual dinner, August 5th, 2006

 

 Silver Program

  • Logo on the program outline at the annual dinner
  • Logo placed on the CAMP website (from the time of sponsorship until September 1st, 2006)

 

 Gold Program

  • Logo on program outline at the annual dinner
  • Logo placed 6-months on the CAMP website from the time of agreement
  • Logo placed on flyers* to be distributed to thousands of people at many key CAMP east-coast events leading to the Annual Gala dinner (*see note on deadlines for submission)

 

  Platinum Program

  • Logo placed on the CAMP website from the time of agreement indefinitely.
  • Logo placed on flyers* to be distributed to thousands of people at many key CAMP events
  • Exclusivity of Sponsor
  • 1 Exhibit Display table
  • One banner no larger than 6’ x 8ft. (to be supplied by sponsor)
  • 2 VIP tickets to the CAMP Annual Gala dinner
  • Exclusivity of Sponsor: Your organization will receive exclusivity at the Gala Annual Dinner Event receiving on-stage recognition. This will also include your organization's logo to be highlighted as you enter the main ballroom and reserved seating for your guests. Recognition of the Gala Event will be provided on stage during the event. CEO/representative will have the opportunity to be recognized and say a “few words.”
  • Press Releases : Your organization will be recognized as a sponsor within any and all national public relations efforts. CAMP will write and distribute a press release announcing your participation. This will reinforce national recognition for your organization and awareness of your brand.

 

Terms and conditions:

 

Payment Terms: Payment is acceptable at the time of agreement by cash/cheque payable to CAMP.

Artwork format: Logos must be provided in a .jpg or .tif format and are acceptable on CDs or via flash disks. Mac-based files are not acceptable.

Materials Deadline:

*Logo required by July 21st 2006 for Gold & Platinum packages.

Or latest by July 28th 2006 for Bronze & Silver Programs.

We will handle the typesetting for you, free of charge.
